Order Cancellation Eligibility

At Aharay, we process fresh Gir Cow A2 milk and dairy product orders with care to ensure timely preparation and delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellation requests are accepted only within a limited time period after placing the order.

Customers may cancel their order:

Before the order has been processed or dispatched
Before the scheduled delivery slot for subscription orders

Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched for delivery, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

For subscription-based milk deliveries, customers are requested to inform us in advance for any pause, modification, or cancellation requests.

Non-Cancellable Orders & Exceptions

Orders that have already been:

Processed
Packed
Dispatched
Delivered

will not be eligible for cancellation.

Fresh and perishable dairy products including milk, paneer, buttermilk, butter, and sweets cannot be cancelled once prepared for delivery due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Customized, promotional, discounted, or special orders may also not qualify for cancellation unless approved by our support team.

To request an order cancellation, customers should contact our support team with their:

Registered phone number
Reason for cancellation

Once the request is reviewed and approved, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Customers will receive confirmation once the cancellation and refund process has been completed successfully.
