Eligibility for Refunds

At Aharay, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality Gir Cow A2 milk, A2 ghee, and dairy products. Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, leaking, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement under specific conditions. To be eligible, the issue must be reported within the specified time frame, and the product should be unused and in its original condition.

Refund requests must be made within:

6 hours of delivery for fresh products (milk, paneer, buttermilk, sweets)
24 hours of delivery for non-perishable products (ghee, butter)

Proof of purchase, along with clear photos or videos, may be required to process the request. Products affected due to improper handling, storage, or delayed reporting may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

Certain items may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons. Products that have been used, opened, altered, or improperly stored after delivery will not qualify for refunds.

Refunds may also not be available for promotional or discounted items, unless the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Any issues arising due to improper storage conditions, such as not boiling milk immediately or not refrigerating products, will not be considered for refunds.

Refund Process

To request a refund, customers should contact our support team with their order details, along with a description of the issue and supporting images or videos.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged or the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

After verification, refunds are initiated, and the time required for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Customers will be notified once the refund has been successfully processed.
